Brasserie Schiller, built in 1912, is located on the lively Rembrandtplein, in the heart of Amsterdam. The whole decorated in art deco building has a rich history. The numerous by former owner Frits Schiller made paintings that can be admired throughout the brasserie, contributes to the unique atmosphere. Brasserie Schiller is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

But for a drink, a high tea or coffee and cake you are most welcome! Whether you reserve a table for two or a larger group in our conservatory or prefer more private dining or sitting, anything is possible. Brasserie Schiller has a French Mediterranean-oriented menu, which you can order all day.

We also serve our famous Schiller Spécialtiés at 17:00  and a monthly changing 3-course Schiller Menu.
